Restrictions surrounding Covid caused the time of year and location of this event to change but with that change came a few new additions for 2021. There will be a light breakfast available for all attendees that can be enjoyed while viewing the trade show featuring event sponsors. Also new for 2021 is the addition of a set of speakers specifically for the Highland County youth involved in 4-H and FFA livestock projects. Both the main and youth speaker sessions will begin at 8:30.
