Join the Highland County Chamber and the directors of the Highland County ACCESS Program as we celebrate their accomplishments with a ribbon cutting on Friday, February 24th at 12:00 p.m. The ribbon cutting for the ACCESS Program will take place at the Hopewell Center in New Market in conjunction with the Highland/Adams Business Advisory Council.
