and installation of custom signage, vehicle graphics, service work and vinyl applications. We

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sign Shop Laborer and Installer to join our growing
team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn multiple
aspects of sign production and installation.

Responsibilities

● Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of various types of signage including
wall signs, dimensional letters, window graphics, banners, and vehicle wraps.
● Operate company vehicles, including bucket trucks and manual shift vehicles, safely and
efficiently.
● Apply vinyl graphics, lettering, and wraps on vehicles, walls, windows, and other
surfaces.
● Prepare materials and surfaces for sign and vinyl installation (cleaning, measuring,
trimming, and alignment).
● Work at heights using bucket trucks, ladders, and scaffolding.
● Use hand tools, power tools, and other shop equipment safely and effectively.
● Follow work orders, drawings, and layout instructions accurately.

● Maintain shop cleanliness, organize tools, and assist with deliveries and general labor
tasks.
● Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.
● Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

● 1–3 years of experience in sign installation, construction, or related hands-on trade
(preferred, but willing to train the right person).
● Ability to operate bucket trucks and drive manual transmission vehicles (required).
● Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.
● Basic mechanical and tool-handling skills.
● Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus).
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
● Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.

Preferred Skills

● Experience with vinyl application, vehicle wraps, and wide-format printers.
● Familiarity with sign materials such as vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, and LED lighting.
● Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment preferred.
