RoofX is building a team of professional, in-home sales advisors who can confidently guide homeowners through clear decisions and close with integrity.

We sell roofs — but more importantly, we protect homes, reputations, and livelihoods.

We are actively hiring 4–8 advisors to support growing demand. Positions are limited.

What This Role Is
This is a retail, in-home closing role. Advisors:

• Conduct roof inspections

• Present Good / Better / Best options

• Simplify decisions and create ethical urgency

• Ask clearly and confidently for the sale

Most projects close on the first visit. Follow-up is structured and tracked.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of in-home or outside sales experience (roofing, solar, HVAC, home improvement preferred)

• Comfortable on roofs and job sites

• Confident in financial conversations

• Coachable, accountable, and process-driven
