Duties
 Key Responsibilities
 Lead and manage the electrical department, ensuring operational excellence and team development.
 Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential settings.
 Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
 Ensure all work complies with Ohio state codes and safety regulations.
 Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams to provide integrated solutions.
 Oversee project scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
 Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to achieve performance goals.
 Deliver outstanding customer service, communicating timelines and costs clearly.

Requirements
 Ohio State Electrician License (required).
 Proven experience in residential electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
 Leadership experience in managing teams or departments.
 Knowledge of safety procedures, codes, and regulations.
 Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
