Sassafras Kitchen & Coffee Bar is looking for a Dishwasher/Prep Position to join our team in Hillsboro, OH.
Job Description:
Prepare food; including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking. Basic sauce preparation.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Keep up with Dish washing and restocking all stations with clean dishes.
Help maintain clean and fully stocked bathrooms.
Taking out trash as needed and breaking down boxes.
Qualifications:
Some kitchen prep experience is preferred but not required.
Must be able to listen closely and follow instructions laid out by Chef and Sous Chef.
Must be able to read and follow recipes efficiently.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
Must be able to stand, bend and twist without restriction for 6-8hrs.
