3 rd Shift - Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing daily operations on the production floor to ensure consistent output, quality, and
adherence to safety standards.

Monitoring workflows, setting priorities, and ensuring production schedules and goals are achieved.

Acting as a mentor and trainer for both production employees and fellow supervisors by:
Conducting structured training programs focused on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and
safety protocols.

Providing hands-on guidance and coaching to production team members to build skill, productivity, and
confidence.

Supporting the professional development of peer supervisors through peer training, leadership modeling,
and collaborative problem-solving.

Promoting knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team to strengthen operational flexibility
and resilience.

Delivering feedback, evaluating team performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborating with departments such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve
production issues and implement process enhancements.

This leadership position will play a pivotal role in building a well-trained, high-performing team and
foster a culture of learning and operational excellence.
