Inaugural STEEL Conference - Highland County Chamber of Commerce
The Highland County Chamber of Commerce’s inaugural STEEL Conference was held on Tuesday, October 22 at The Patriot Center located on Southern State Community College’s Hillsboro campus. STEEL stands for Strengthening Together Experienced and Emerging Leaders. Kicking off the event was Paul Worley, Economic Development Director of Adams County. The Highland County Historical Society celebrated the dedication of the Hodson House with a ribbon cutting from the Highland County Chamber of Commerce, along with the Hodson family, friends, and members of the community on November 1, 2024. The Hodson House is located at 149 East Main Street in Hillsboro. The Hodson House was renovated for the Highland County Historical Society.
