The Ohio State University Extension Highland County held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their new building and location with the Highland County Chamber of Commerce and members of the community on Friday, August 9, 2024. The new OSU Extension Building is located at 526 John Street, Hillsboro on the Highland County Fairgrounds.
