Restaurant Crew Member

The Leesburg Dairy Barn is seeking a part time crew member ("farm hand") who can work daytime shifts.  

Responsibilities:
1. Food Prep: learn to prepare all of our menu items while following our quality and safety standards
2. Ordering & transactions: assist customers in understanding menu options and ingredients. Accurately enter orders, process online orders, handle credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
3. Health & Safety: become familiar with health & safety protocols and do your part to make sure we are 100% compliant
4. Customer service: maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment for all customers, using professional manners and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Support the general manager and shift lead(s) with tasks as assigned, including inventory, cleaning, organizing, etc.

Farm hands must be able to spend an entire shift on their feet and lift up to 50 pounds.

Farm hands must be at least 15 1/2 years old, and 18 to work at the grill.
